Friedrich Wieser, MD
Medical Director
Friedrich (Fritz) Wieser, MD, is an OB/GYN who received his MD from the Vienna Medical University (Vienna, Austria). After completing his gynecology residency at the Dept. of Gynecology at the University Hospital in Vienna, he did a fellowship in Reproductive Medicine at UCSF in San Francisco, CA.
Dr. Wieser has over 20 years of clinical and research experience in a broad range of indications including endometriosis, fibroids, menopause, contraception, gynecological cancer and medical devices.
Before joining Fortrea as Medical Director, Dr. Wieser was a Global Medical Director at Merck KGaA (Darmstadt, GE) and served as Assistant Professor in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Emory University School of Medicine in Atlanta, Georgia. During that time, Dr. Wieser served as an NIH-funded investigator and sub-investigator for many gynecology studies and lead several global women’s health programs.
Olga Bodriagova, MD, PhD
Medical Director
Olga Bodriagova, MD, PhD, is a Medical Director in Oncology for Fortrea Clinical Development Services, based in Kyiv, Ukraine. Dr. Bodriagova has more than 20 years of experience in oncology clinical drug development as an Investigator, CRA and Medical Monitor in all phases of clinical development projects from early phase to post approval in different therapeutic areas, mainly oncology and women’s health. Dr. Bodriagova is serving as global lead project physician, providing medical and safety monitoring on assigned projects.
Dr. Bodriagova earned her medical degree from the Kyiv Medical Institute in Ukraine and completed OB/GYN residency at the Kyiv City Hospital #2. Dr. Bodriagova received an oncogynecology certification from the Kyiv Institute of Postgraduate and defended her PhD thesis in the field of endocrine gynecology. She joined our company in 2014.
Vitaliy Solskyy, MD, PhD
Delivery Director
Vitaliy Solskyy, MD, PhD, is an OB/GYN doctor by background (Institute of Pediatrics, Obstetrics and Gynecology, AMS of Ukraine) and holds a PhD in the field of gynecological endocrinology. He has authored around 40 scientific publications, did participate in numerous OB/GYN forums around the world, along with presenting at several big national and international congresses. Dr. Solskyy has joined Fortrea (formerly Labcorp/Covance) in 2015 and overall has more than 20 years of clinical research experience running global studies, 15 of which in management roles of increasing responsibility. He has a passion for women’s health with the dedication of his career to this field and has participated in numerous Phase II-IV studies in a variety of women’s health indications, including last eight years predominantly managing and overseeing several large women’s health programs.
Jeanelle Kam, MD
Medical Director, CPS Medical & Scientific Affairs
Jeanelle Kam, MD, is a trained OB/GYN with more than a decade of CRU drug development experience across multiple indications. As a CPI and Medical Director at the Phase I Dallas CRU, Dr. Kam conducted over 200 trials in BE, DDI, FE, FIH, Japanese Bridging and TQT studies. In 2022, she joined the CPS Medical Scientific Team as a Phase I Medical Monitor. Her expertise in Women’s Reproductive Health include serving as PI on OC-DDI studies, consultation of endometriosis, lactation and post-menopausal studies. She was the lead author for Fortrea’s birth control guidance, “Evidence-Based Guidance for Contraceptive Use in Phase I and Clinical Pharmacology Trials Including Women of Child-Bearing Potential” and presentation of the guidance at the 2015 Annual Meeting for ACCP poster session.
