The Fortrea Four

Our goal to be the CRO of choice requires a commitment to quality and a strong strategic foundation. When Fortrea evolved from our heritage as Covance and Labcorp, we seized the opportunity to build a unique culture.

With engagement from employees across Fortrea combined with industry best practices, we created a global network of culture champions and our cultural pillars, forming the basis of our culture, called the Fortrea Four.
